My sister has lived in the same apartment here for 13 years. I have lived here in one of the townhomes for 5 years. I and my kinds have been coming to the complex for 12. I now live in a 3 bedroom apartment because they kicked us out because they wanted to renovate and all ready had people to move in. I looked for other apartments and they all had washer and dryers, air, a nice fitness center that is alway open and secure. They had nice management, and was willing to work with you with ...
deposit and rent as well as access to all amenities. At Stone Harbor we hardly have any ot that. It doesn't feel like home it feels like a job you have to do because you need the money. I could not find a place in the little time we had to move out. The rent and everything else you have to pay for is way to high in price and nothing for what you are paying. The complex isn't enjoyable. Our place constantly has bugs and we have other people here all the time that do not live here. I have had my car broken into 5 time in a few months. I had and another tenant had our storages broken into. I have a small storage that was broken into and 2 bikes were stolen. It is not really kid friendly. The pluming is always out so you cant shower go to the bathroom, do laundry or even cook at time. Power outlets are always working then not working. The toilets hardly work.There is not enough storage or room. IT took them 8 months to fix my balcony. There are leaks everywhere and the stoves are horrible.

Overall Stone Arbor is a great community to live in. We love our neighbors and staff. The layout of the home is great but some renovations they missed the opportunity to improve the quality of living I.e. cheaply renovated bathrooms and windows/ window framing that look as if they’ve been in the building since it was built.

Hi I lived there for one year and I had the best time there Gaby was the best manager I ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I miss it so much, as a matter of fact I attending to move back to Cali from New York in the next view month and I want to go back to where I was happy. Loved it
