November 19, 2025So far so good. The maintenance guy was very helpful. The leasing agent Khadeejha she was excellent in her approach, thoughtful and caring. She was patient too! There was another agent that was there the day I moved in. She made it happen and helped me with signing the lease. She even charged my phone for me because it died in the middle of me signing it. I applied the same day and got approved the same day. Gabi in the main office had been helping since day one she is great and responds in a timely manner. I did have a few things that needed to be fixed and Dennis came and fixed everything in the same day. He also helped me move a peice of furniture to my apartment. He was kind and ...very helpful. April 28, 2025Stone Pointe is a great community minus the surrounding area with the loud cars, etc. Living at Stone Pointe, itself, is a wonderful experience. I’ve been here for over 4 years and the only real problem I have is why the pool has no chaise lounges is they advertise it as a “resort style” pool. The maintenance responds quickly and the leasing office tried to handle each issue expeditiously in most cases. The loud cars in and around Woodbridge has no reflection on the professionalism of the Stone ...Pointe community but it is an issue if you want to live some where quiet.Property Manager Responded

It’ll look even crispier if the outside could get a touch up. More residents are attracted to freshly painted buildings. It indicates regular maintenance schedules. Every issue provided to the leasing office and maintained has been resolved in a effiecent time frame.
