Good maintenance crew, good value
July 16, 2024This place has turned around completely with the new owners. The maintenance staff does a great job. They came to fix a leak in the p-trap under the sink and while they were there, they also fixed one of the electrical outlets that stopped working. Great value for the money, and a nice safe spot to rent an apartment.Property Manager Responded

Water damaged apartments
April 18, 2019They provided no assistance other than water suction after the upstairs apartment water heater collapsed my ceiling and flooded my apartment with 40 gallons of water. I was told that this occurs regularly at stoneridge and that the renters liability I paid for doesn't cover the water damage to my property. The manager was condescending and not helpful.Review from Apartments.com
