I lived at Stonebrook Townhomes from November of 2022 until March of 2024. I absolutely LOVED my tenancy there. From the get go, the landlords were incredibly patient and understanding as well as accommodating to various personal issues I had while moving from my previous residence.
The townhome itself was great. Very spacious, with solid appliances, and good water pressure in all of the various plumbing (sinks, shower, etc). The price of rent was more than fair for the size and area of the ...

Maintenance was very quick to handle any issues that I had (which were very few) and their preventative maintenance on the apartments and townhomes were frequent and quick.
But by far the best part about living here was developing a friendship with Bev! If you move into Stonebrook, and you see Bev driving around the complex in the golf cart, be sure to strike up a conversation with her. And introduce your dog to her too! She is a genuinely lovely person, who cares about people and their pets, and made living here feel less like an apartment complex, but a neighborhood.

Max of 2. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per household. A $200 initial pet fee is due at move in and will cover up to 2 pets. Pet rent is $20 per pet per month.
