A DOWNSTAIRS 2 bed/ 2 Bath floor plan A , OUR GOAL is to HAVE READY to view and/ or move in THIS MONDAY 8.3.26. We do not have models. Special Rate with 13 -month lease $ 1930 rent only plus $ 70 water fee for 2b2b A for a total monthly rental rate $2000. I have added some pics of apartment for reference. . Every unit gets 1 assigned parking space, at this time we do not have any additional to rent, we have a wait list.
