One of the worst place seen in jacksonville poor management and staff, I lived there for two years and more then 5 office managers met and couldn't find out the responsible guy, at the end looking to keep your deposit and charge you.

I'm enjoying my residency at Stonewood. The management and maintance staff are courteous, friendly and professional. The complex grounds and parking lots are kept clean and tidy. Presents a welcoming atmosphere.

Kristal has been a bright spot in a stressful time of relocating. She has always been friendly and cheerful and responds quickly to questions and requests. The apartments are old and could use some refreshing but are a decent place to live and meets our current needs.

On the positive it is clean, quiet, and nicely priced. There is plenty of storage space due to attic storage and built ins. There is plenty of parking and the grounds are kept up. On the negative, the windows are so old you have to silicone the glass to the aluminum edges to keep the panes from falling out. The bathroom floor and the entry floor is collapsing due to rot. The motel ac is not powerful enough to keep my one bedroom cool, you will need to install a window ac unit.

My studio

I live in an apartment complex, but decided to rent a studio to save on money. Keeping a job isn't guaranteed these days and are laying people off left and right. This would be a blessing for me. My studio is cute and small, and its enough for me since I'm the only person living here. I was homeless before I finally got here. But money saving is my number 1 priority.

A hidden gem

Stonewood looks quiet, and cozy...and it is. However, inside, it is quirky and very nice for the price. It has built in shelves in the dining room, second bedroom and in the bathroom. I love how the vinyl on the floor looks like nice medium to dark wood and doesn't look fake. I love the layout of the kitchen in the two bedroom. The place is roomy feeling despite only being 855 sq ft. There are some minor issues and the ac isn't central heat and air, so the cooling is uneven. Despite that, I am ...
