Nothing but drama addicts
October 11, 2016I have moved here in march of 2016,& first day there was crazy domestic violence disputes and a blind was hanging off the side of my balcony and a broken flower pot on side walk near my place. They moved then there was constant trash nachos ,snot rags,beer bottles you name it in parking lot and in walkway in front of peoples apartment. There was a huge fight about a guy kicking his dog which I have heard him did, but cops were called. They moved,& now the management decided to only give less ...then a week notice to do a pretty big construction job. Changing out patio sliding doors and making one into a window and putting in plank.I was told it would take one full day from 8 to 4pm. Well they decided to quit at 2pm then leave my sliding door and new window with no blinds. I contacted David and he had someone put in blinds in living room only. Today I stayed gone and came back twice to find nothing more done.They did notvtouch my place till 4pm then left my bedroom without blinds.you can see clearly into my room.Im in first floor. I was told by blonde lady my blinds would becput up today.There are 2 planks unpainted outside. Its always seems to become drama or stress here. Do not move into Stony Creek Apts. American Greed, total crooks
March 8, 2016Yeah, they seem soooo nice. Once you live there, between the rats, cockroaches, crackheads that hang out in the laundry room at night, and the managers, a mother and son team, real nice in the beginning, then they turn you over to Phoenix Collections once you move out. They have the WORST apt. ratings in Austin, just not on this site. 21% approval rating when everyone else in Austin is 70% and above. They stick it to you in more ways than one. Do not move to this apartment complex, ...you will regret it, they can cosmetically improve it all they want it's still an OLD, musty, mildewy place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Decent apartment, horrible Management!
March 7, 2016I lived at Stony Creek for about 2 1/2 years. The units are outdated (cabinets, carpets, sink, tub). My sliding door screen fell off every other day. I had a wasp and roach problem that wasn't taken care of for several months. My major issue was with the outdated a/c unit. I spent over $1,000 on my utility bill over the course of 4 months. After numerous attempts of "repairing" the unit, they finally bought a new unit. That still didn't work. The maintenance man worked very hard but still ...couldn't find a solution. The Management/Office staff needs a lesson on the importance of communication. After you sign the lease, they completely ignore you. I would have to leave several emails and voicemails in order for 1 request to be acknowledged. The rent increased significantly every year. If you want an attentive and great management staff, don't lease here! The location is great, but the quality isn't worth a penny.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 26, 2015This is such a cute apartment complex. It's not one of the big mega complexes and it's in a very convenient location. Close to great shopping and both the the S Lamar and Congress Ave entertainmnet areas. One of the best places for dogs in Austin. With no size or breed restrictions and a brand new dog park, I see a ton of happy dogs all the time.Review from Apartments.com
