then a week notice to do a pretty big construction job. Changing out patio sliding doors and making one into a window and putting in plank.I was told it would take one full day from 8 to 4pm. Well they decided to quit at 2pm then leave my sliding door and new window with no blinds. I contacted David and he had someone put in blinds in living room only. Today I stayed gone and came back twice to find nothing more done.They did notvtouch my place till 4pm then left my bedroom without blinds.you can see clearly into my room.Im in first floor. I was told by blonde lady my blinds would becput up today.There are 2 planks unpainted outside. Its always seems to become drama or stress here. I can't wait to move!

you will regret it, they can cosmetically improve it all they want it's still an OLD, musty, mildewy place.

couldn't find a solution. The Management/Office staff needs a lesson on the importance of communication. After you sign the lease, they completely ignore you. I would have to leave several emails and voicemails in order for 1 request to be acknowledged. The rent increased significantly every year. If you want an attentive and great management staff, don't lease here! The location is great, but the quality isn't worth a penny.
