Spacious and cheap, close to campus

Good things:
-Close to campus
-Close to Franklin street (lots of eateries)
-The MLK location is right along ALL the bus stops (buses are free in Chapel hill)
-Very spacious- I had about 880sqft for 720$/month
-Staff and maintanence are friendly and proactive- never had issues getting something fixed
Bad things:
-when I moved in there were fleas, not a great first impression. It was handled but still, I had fleas. (And I did not have a pet)
-the buildings are old, if you're looking for new, ...
look somewhere else.
-water heaters are prone to freezing in the winter... this happened to me multiple times.
-ground floor rooms had lots of crickets- when I got my pet cat that problem was resolved but still, no one wants bugs as roomates
