Be aware before renting here. If you have to as a last resort, be sure to tour YOUR unit and inquire about listed amenities or you could end up with a dirty apartment in need of repairs(that the staff will shrug off when adressed). There's a reason why there's a free month of rent.

Unprofessional
February 24, 2025
Had a tour earlier set at 4, got a reminder text at 2. We went and no one was in the leasing office and no one answered the phone. Very disappointed in the parking lot/lawn care. Dog poop everywhere and super muddy.

New owners in May I know just as bad as the previous ones . Trash everywhere grass not mowed in months busted out window hallways, never cleaned.
