April 14, 2026From the start, my apartment was not properly prepared for move-in and required multiple repairs and follow-ups just to reach a livable condition. Since then, ongoing maintenance issues, including a ceiling leak, have only added to the frustration. The condition of the common areas has significantly declined. There are frequent issues with pet waste in shared spaces, including inside and around elevators, along with stained carpets and a general lack of upkeep. The trash compactor has also been ...broken for over a month, creating additional inconvenience and contributing to the overall condition of the property. Promised updates to the building have not been delivered, despite residents paying amenity fees. February 24, 2026I love it so far! Apartment is nice. Don't hear my neighbors. Beautiful view outside my balcony. Maintenance gets my requests done really quick and they helped me bring a heavy package to my apartment that got delivered to the entryway.
