August 28, 2025Honestly, I was so happy here for the first few months. However, with the multiple property manager changes, lack of responsiveness about active leaks in the apartment ceiling (2 months), lies about the above apartment being vacant and leak being “merely cosmetic” despite evidence of the contrary—3 weeks of no response via phone call, email, or otherwise. June 19, 2025Lived here for about a month now. Other than your usual upstairs neighbor noise this community is very quiet for the most part. It's well kept up and clean. The amenities, even tho we dont use them as much as we should, are pretty great. The grill area is beautiful! Definitely would recommend this place to others.Property Manager Responded

May 10, 2025The residents do not take pride in their community and do not respect fellow residents. Trash is often left visibly around the community and the hallways frequently stink.
