April 15, 2025Best building in Seattle! Very comfortable layouts with quality construction, making apartments not just cozy but also functional and very quiet. Amenities offer a great variety from a fully stocked gym to outdoor terrace with a view of the Puget Sound and Lake Union. The apartment layout I chose is perfect for me and I’m yet to see one that comes this close in other buildings previously viewed. Communication with management is always transparent and easy, the concierge are always warm and helpful and make you feel at home, maintenance when I have needed it has been stress free and timely.
