We have recently moved in after being homeowners for 35 years - our last 8 years having lived in a smaller condo property on the east coast. Deciding to rent a property in a new left a lot of ‘unknowns’ for us. WOW! Our apartment was impeccable when we arrived. The level of attention to detail far surpassed our expectations. Best building in Seattle! Very comfortable layouts with quality construction, making apartments not just cozy but also functional and very quiet. Amenities offer a great variety from a fully stocked gym to outdoor terrace with a view of the Puget Sound and Lake Union. Everyday I feel more engrained in the community and it keeps enhancing my overall Seattle experience.

This is my second year leasing with Stratus and I personally have no complaints so far. The apartment layout I chose is perfect for me and I’m yet to see one that comes this close in other buildings previously viewed. Communication with management is always transparent and easy, the concierge are always warm and helpful and make you feel at home, maintenance when I have needed it has been stress free and timely. It is super convenient by way of location as well.
