Renters Reviews and Ratings
New Tenant! Love Building and Location.
April 6, 2019Recently moved into this very spacious apartment. I did experience the rotten egg smell in the water when I first moved in, but was able to resolve by running the hot water for 45 minutes. Very easy to move into this building. Secure with cameras everywhere. There is an abundance of parking for second vehicles or guests. The craftsmanship on finishes is the not the best. The bathrooms are spacious, but are much like a standard hotel bathroom. No online rent paying is an inconvenience, BUT with ...all the negatives, here are the utimate positives that make this great place to live...in northern NJ, you will not find a 1 bedroom apartment that is 1000sq ft, all new amenities (2 years old), washer and dryer in unit, central heat and a/c and abundant parking for less than $2000. I haven’t even talked about the location. Everything in walking distance, centrally located to EWR and Penn Station. For the price, this place is a gold mine. The only thing better would be to secure a two bedroom in this great building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Pleasant property
December 19, 2018Pleasant new apartments with generous areas. Modern appliances, excellent lighting, plenty of available parking. Management of the building has been improving and new staff has been very helpful. Initial post construction issues have been satisfactorily resolved. Strongly recommend this place.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Management
July 4, 2018No manager is on site. Doesn’t answer phone calls & is slow to respond to emails. The AC has been an issue for the past two months. The contractor comes when they feel like it to fix it and never completes the job. Works for a few days then goes down again. The water was in issue when we first moved in, rotten egg smell and discolored. Eventually went away. We had to adjust water temperature in the shower ourselves. The Apartments themselves are spacious, but the craftsmanship on the finishes ...are sloppy. Overpriced for what you get.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
