Best Apartments in Austin!
March 7, 2026We've lived here for going on 3 years, and couldn't be happier. The management and leasing team is awesome, and they have regular ongoing events for the residents. The gym, community centers, and co-working spaces are well-kept and maintained. Maintenance has never been an issue, usually arriving within 24-48 hours to fix the issue. You just have to let them know via the online portal or call/text in! They have a regular pest-control schedule. So if you put in the maintenance request, they'll get ...you booked. We also haven't noticed any issues with break-ins or safety. I've walked around at 4-5am with no problem, and we take walks and see other people walking constantly with no issues - in fact everyone has been so friendly! Our car stays locked and we don't leave valuables in it - no one has messed with it so far. The property is well-lit, and plenty of our neighbors have ring cameras as well. Safety is never a concern. February 20, 2026Sullivan is a great community. I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom onsite. My new unit is super upgraded and I LOVE IT! I was able to lease a unit with a garage which was a huge perk and totally reasonable price. Community has double everything - one fitness center is busy - go to the other one. No security
March 7, 2025I'm leaving this review to let people considering moving into this apartment complex know — don't come before knowing that there is no security or any kind of support regarding incidents here. My husband was already living here when we got married, and before that, he had his vehicle windows broken and his car stolen right in the parking lot. It is very common, almost daily, to see cars with broken windows in the condominium. In January of this year, we contacted the management hoping to move ...out earlier before our lease ended because we don't feel safe — but our request was denied. We asked for measures to improve the security of the place, but no changes have been made. The complex gates remain open 24 hours a day. Anyone can enter and leave without any problem. There are no security cameras or surveillance in the parking lot. As you can see from the email screenshots, they don't intend to change that. In fact, they almost implied that it was our fault that the car was broken into. Well, today, February 7, 2025, when I woke up, my car had its window broken, and the steering wheel was completely messed up, as shown in the photos. Once again, the office refused to take any action regarding this. Besides the constant car break-ins and thefts, another issue here is the frequent towing of vehicles. If your guest comes to visit and forgets to register their vehicle on the requested website, their car will be quickly towed as a welcome gift. Awful place, rude staff and outdated unsafe apartments
July 6, 2022wish you could give -100 stars! Don't live here! The pictures are misleading, all they did was take some cheap paint and paint over all the old kitchens. I knew it was a bad sign when I couldn't get a call back after 5 calls over 2 days before moving in. The leasing manager is rude and blames everything on being short staff. I was left without AC for a weekend when it was 103 outside. Left without a running toilet for 8 hours after calling the office 3 times and submitting 2 work orders. My ...unit was set for a June 9 move in, yet the apartment was not ready. Just a few of the many items that came with a "move in ready unit that was just redone" Missing tile on floors stains on the carpets no working keys no mailbox keys Ants and bugs all over The garage was filled of supplies they used to "redo" the apartment No Hot water No working AC and I was given a window unit that leaked all over. No trash can for valet trash service, yet I had to pay for it. There was over 40 nails, screws and hooks throughout the apartment and in the garage. Maintenace staff came in to fix some items and made them worse and no dates can be given on when anything will be fixed. Reached out to the regional manager of the company yet she is not reachable. July 20, 2021I’ve been waiting 10 months for my dryer to be fixed. I have 2 months left on my lease and it still hasn’t been fixed. I’m not even sure if they have ordered the part yet. I’ve been told by 3 people the part would be ordered. Roaches are everywhere. They get in our microwave, oven, clock on the oven, cabinets, drawers, and behind the fridge. Exterminator comes Friday’s. You have to call every week to be put on the list and he doesn’t always come. Trashes are only picked up Monday and Friday. We ...were able to put out 2 bags of trash. Now they are giving violations for more than 1 bag out. It took them about a month to come “treat” our black mold in the restroom after we told them we would have the health department come. We pay our bills and do maintenance request on an app. There’s a $30 fee included to use the app. AC in one fitness center never works. No one cleans up after their dogs. Gate fob never works. July 19, 2021Poor communication. Management is terrible. 3 property managers in 3 months. No one takes accountability for their actions in the office. They do not take care of maintenance request in a timely fashion. No one updates you on the status for weeks and even months. The women in that office are over worked but can’t handle pressure anytime someone wants to ask about an update they cry or put it on someone else. Let’s not even talk about the pool we can’t use and the gym we can’t access. From Day ...one things have been a problem and nothing is done to make it better. DONT MOVE HERE
July 17, 2021I cannot wait for my lease to end in September to get out of here! We didn’t have a working dishwasher for 8 months, we’ve had a leak above our shower for 2 months that we’ve been told twice “we’ll be back tomorrow to fix it” with no follow up. And we had a raccoon fall through our ceiling! We loved Scabby Randy though, he was cool. They will come “fix” an issue yet not do any repairs to fix what the issue has caused (like messed up floor boards from leaks). They don’t enforce a dog on leash ...policy which is every dangerous and there is poop all over the dog park that they never enforce people to pick up.
