Pretty nice place to live

My boyfriend and I have really liked living in Summer Place thus far. We've been here since November. The property is quiet and pretty well kept. The office staff is nice and the repair team is prompt. I think the only downsides are sometimes the pool is dirty and not well vacuumed (not sure if this is due to less usage bc of COVID or if it is always like that) and also there are no recycling services. Other than that I would definitely recommend for others to live here.

I have been living at Summer Place apartments for two years now, and the overall experience I have had is excellent. I would recommend anyone living here, especially people who want to get away and be in a more peaceful, quiet environment, yet close to everything they need. My experience at Summer Place has been excellent because, of the wonderful staff in the front office, and the maintenance staff. They both always fulfill their jobs according to each tenants needs, no matter what the situation ...

I've been living here for 5 months and I really like it here. The complex is an older one but they do minor upgrades to keep them nice. I've had problems with my A/C, which is unpleasant in Louisiana heat but maintenance promptly fixed it so now I'm good to go. The front office staff is really nice and my neighbors are nice as well. Overall it's a nice and affordable place to live and I would definitely renew my lease if I wasn't planning to move to another city.
