March 2, 2023They take forever to do maintenance and when they do, they don’t. They don’t have a functioning pool, but what they do have is a science project gone wrong. There’s no on-site laundry, just an empty building where one should be. Two of the apartment buildings have burned down because of outdated wiring that were “fixed” this year. Manager’s will get rude with you when they’re the ones who can’t get work done around the complex, and will blame the tenant for not being able to do maintenance.
