DONT TRY TO RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
August 5, 2020They knew we didn’t have money to keep applying for multiple places! They are MONEY HUNGRY and only care about who throws money their way first! We applied for an apartment and were waiting to get approved and they took the apartment out from under us that we were applying for and gave it to the first person that brought in money even though we applied first! They don’t care about people, ONLY ABOUT MONEY! They will take your application fee and run and keep trying to get you to rent a more ...expensive unit saying they’ve rented out the cheaper units!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Perfect Fit!
November 23, 2019The community is like a very well kept little village. It’s so hard to find gas stove anymore. I love that I have washer and dryer hookups, dishwasher and a gas range. August 19, 2019I have lived at Summer Stone Duplex for 2 years. I have enjoyed the feeling of living in a home, with a generous driveway and carport. There is space for my own washer and dryer. I have had great neighbors! The new management company is making some great changes! They are growing a feeling of "family"! I have been very happy here. The grounds are groomed weekly. August 1, 2019it's been 3 yrs here and even though it's time to down size I'll miss being here. love the driveway it's where you can come out and your car Will be in your personal spot this would be missed. The staff has worked with me and I hope I would fine others that have the spirit that these ladies had when it cimes to helping the residents out. Thanks for a good place to stay.
