If I could give no stars I would
January 15, 2021I moved into this complex with my boyfriend last summer for our first place and we were not able to view our apartment until move in and fees had already been paid. Please listen to me when I say there is a huge bug problem here, we ended up breaking our lease after a month because of a heavy brown recluse spider issue. The area is unsafe as well, a teenager was shot here a few years ago and there are break-ins often. Don’t waste your money!!Review from Apartments.com
FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE
October 25, 2020I am a current resident and lease a 3 bedroom. I was unable to look at the apartment before move in because maintenance was still working on it. They switch management and maintenance every 2 months. The property is nowhere as nice as the pictures online. The basketball court has no goal, the swimming pool was open for maybe 3 weeks out of the summer due to maintenance and COVID of course. All the other apartment complexes around us had their pools open and were taking measurements to make sure ...that their residents got to partake in what they pay for. There are issues with ants, spiders, and centipedes really bad. The pest control comes and sprays but whatever they are using it works for less than a day. The windows are old and need to be replaced! I cannot wait for my lease to be up in May!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 18, 2019I lived in these apartments for a year and they're charging me to refloor the entire apartment upon move out, i have one senior dog and a cat you barely notice. I paid a large pet fee amd monthly rent as well but have a hefty balance because there was an odor of pet in the place even though when i moved in it already had a bit of a dog smell and pink paint EVERYWHERE on flooring light fixture, even the tub but I am being charged. The windows are not weather resistant during the summer the ...apartment get tk be 80-85 inside. All my faucets leaked no one would repair the toilet stopped working more that once..they have valet trash that you are charged for but they dont even show up and then you get emails everyweek about trash. The staff are unprofessional and rude most of the time if you even see the same person because turnover is awful. My cars were hit in the parking lot 3 times.
