I have loved this complex thus far, except for some nights; the main pool can get loud with people blasting music. Otherwise, the staff and complex have been wonderful.

summerly is a nice place to live. i think the inside of the apartments are very nice. The cleanliness needs a little help and accountability sometimes isn’t taken.

No joke, this place cured my depression. We downsized from a 3 bedroom house to 1 bedroom apartment, so you would think I would still be depressed, but no. I love my apartment so much right now. I love the long layout of the bathroom. I never saw that design before. I wasn’t into the counter tops at first tour, but now actually being in the kitchen cooking and decorating, I find them beautiful. I can’t remember feeling sad. Dalton, Dominick and Jorge have all been kind and amazing.

Once again the maintenance went above in beyond to help us. They came in to do the yearly inspection and we mentioned I few issues we were having. Jorge and Jeremiah not only listened to our issues but they also knew right off the back what was causing the issues. Thank you guys for your speedy service and it is another reason why we have been here for 6 plus years.

The moving process was so smooth. The apartment was cleaned and only needed a few items to be fixed. The first night I can say was a success very quite environment at night.

Perfect location. This community is located right next to everything you need. The layout of the apartment is very nice. Love that the community is gated and has security that patrols. Feels very safe.
