NOT WHAT YOU THINK!
July 10, 2018At first we loved the apartments until we couldn’t see the inside until we paid. Once we saw it the inside was a lot smaller than it looks online. The walls are so thin you can hear everything anyone says right outside their door. The management doesn’t do anything about noise control nor do they listen to your needs for repairs. People smoke weed all around the parking lot and in the buildings! You can smell it every day. Management also argues and fights with renters! I’ve heard and seen it all ...here it’s very sad because it could be so much nicer! At one point there was so much trash in the parking lot and people smoking weed at every bench I couldn’t take my kids outside to play. Which the park is so flooded with spiders and the maintenance at the park is never taken care of. It’s just all sad how it is here. I had high hopes but now am trying to leave before it gets worse. I tell family and friends back home it is like a little community inside of Zephyrhills We would have to say 98% of all residence are friendly caring kind and respect the property and others. Never lived in a complex like this. Leasing must of done an awful good job screening applicants.Review from Apartments.com
