Bad service maintenance
January 25, 2024For future residents who want to move to these Summer Stone apartments, I do not recommend them, bad maintenance service, there is no parking only if you reserve for 35 dollars, which every apartment should have, visitors are booked, terrible maintenance service, they are infected with Cockroaches shoot outs every now and thenReview from Apartments.com
Ready to leave
August 25, 2015I moved into Summerstone in Nov. 2014, and had a decent experience until the last few months. I enjoy the amenities for the price, (W/D in unit) but the property management has been in a steady decline over the last few months. We have issues with parking, unanswered maintenance request, roaches, and a general disregard for informing residents of complex updates (pending construction, broken fixtures, etc.) Ready to leave when our lease is up.Review from Apartments.com
