Great Apartments

I've lived in these apartments for about a year and a half. The neighborhood is not great, but the rent is based on income and the apartments, neighbors, and staff are all great. I can't expect anything more. Yes, people who don't live here do walk through or come by to play. The other review mentioned kids playing in the back yard, and that used to happen a lot. The manager installed a really big fence about 2 months ago and now they don't bother us at all. I never saw them break any windows, ...
but the management would have had those repaired immediately, so maybe I didn't see it. I can put a work order in on Monday and get it done within a day. It's really great response and the maintenance are always happy to help out. I agree, it's hard to put your stuff outside, but I'm not sure if you can put anything on your back porch anywhere in Woodland. I can't complain about anything inside my unit needing an update, it all seems decent to me, especially since my rent is based on my income. I'm super happy to have this chance to get back on my feet.
