Noise
March 25, 2023I lived here for 4 years while in Medical school in 2 different units. I loved my first unit 2bed 2bath right next to the grill outsides. I had no qualms, it was very quite, peaceful My second unit was a nightmare! 1bed 1 bath extremely small and extremely expensive. At that time they were doing construction to expand summit court. Lord. That’s all I have to say. Construction started at 5am every day and ended at 7pm with NO REGARD for the people sleeping across from it. Bulldozing , drilling, ...hammering every day 24/7. For a person in medical school it made my place unsafe to study or feel peace and that gave me major anxiety. Walls are also super thin so you hear everything from neighbors to dogs barking. Construction continued on Saturday and Sunday so your weekends weren’t safe. In order escape the noise I found myself sleeping in the closets and if I got really desperate the bathroom. Got fed up and emailed the leasing office which acknowledged my concerns but couldn’t do anything about it. I ended up moving out for my own sanity and dignity. If you can find a unit that’s quiet and away from the construction then I’ll say you are in good shape. But if you are next to the construction it is NOT worth the money ESPECIALLY for the amount you pay. One of my biggest regrets to date. A lot better when I first moved in
July 31, 2019The apartment and staff overall are great here. The leasing staff has gone through a change seemingly overnight and I'm now realizing the former employees must have been going above and beyond their duties. Peaceful living
September 18, 2018Hi I have been living here for 4.5 months and it is 4 miles from my job , and I work the night shift . First of all it’s the safest community I have lived in since moving to NJ 9 years ago. The amenities: Luxor one package devilery is safe , one doesn’t have to wonder where is my package , if it was stolen are damaged by the elements. The gym is awesome everything about this place is great . Danielle the leasing manger is so wonderful she is never to busy to answer questions about problems ...that are occurring , or just sit and chat with you for a few seconds . It’s a great quiet place to live . Please make an appointment and come see for yourself . !!!!!!Property Manager Responded

Luxuriously Quaint
June 21, 2018I have been a resident for 2 months now and I have really nothing bad to say to this luxury apartment in the middle of nowhere. By "middle of nowhere", I mean that in the most complimenting way. One of my requirements during my apartment hunting is a place where I can come home from work and relax. I get it, it's an apartment building -- common living, so the occasional footsteps or boisterous laughter in the hallway is inevitable, but the location, the amenities, the security is impeccable. ...The two leasing agents are simply the most helpful human beings I have ever met. They would gladly sit you down and answer all your questions -- and if possible, grant your requests with a smile. I have never met the apartment super, but that's a good thing. I do not expect anything to breakdown for a brand new apartment building. I did not give it a 5 star because there are still improvement being done outside the apartment, but it was promised that next year, everything will be completed. I can't wait to extend my lease to see those additional amenities.Property Manager Responded
