June 30, 2025I love living here but there are too many cars on the sides of the sidewalks. The lease says only one car per resident listed but they do not follow that. There is also a lot of trash around because of kids and parents who do not monitor their kids or teach them to not litter. June 30, 2025been moved in for 2 months and still don’t have our security system and doorbell set up due to the company not having something figured out on their end. staff is very nice, just sometimes a little difficult to get ahold of over the phone. overall, neighbors very friendly and nice area. love the pool, gym, and pickleball courts. a few times we’ve had to file noise complaints about the neighbors music being too loud in the middle of the night. there have been situations where cops were called ...about stolen car and people breaking into cars. otherwise, still enjoy this new place!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 26, 2025We’ve been super lucky with our close neighbors! They are the biggest factor that keeps us where we are. Hazel Grove and the LSR7 school district have also been amazing. The new management seems better than the last and hopefully just keeps getting better!Property Manager Responded

June 25, 2025Maintenance has been out best experience here. They are always friendly and very prompt when we make a request. Compared to other places we have lived where it takes days if not weeks to get something done. Everything here has been responded to in about 24 hours.Property Manager Responded
