New property management
August 17, 2022If I would rate this a below zero I would. Property management is sooo rude and ridiculous. She doesn’t not seem to know what she is doing or what is her role in being a property management staff. She just wants to make up her rules and go by them. Anything looking into this apartment complex I would Urge you to go look some where these. They have a lot of bugs and there seems to be no one who clears them the bugs situation especially property management. Had just moved in and only been in the ...apartment for like one month and my apartment was infested with roaches. Adequate
September 28, 2020The apartments are pretty nice but they have bug problems and their pest control is nonexistent. Management seems to do their best, but there’s been no laundry center anywhere in the whole complex for 3 months and the only thing management says is “Sorry!”Review from Apartments.com

March 2, 2018Very pleased with the property the space is amazing the changes that they have done really made this a place is what really made me decide this is somewhere I would like to be! I suggest to all to come check it out. Well worth it. January 5, 2018I stopped by the apartment to take a tour and wow what a friendly group in the office. I want to live here for sure. they do really cool resident events. The property is under new management and they have made so many awesome changes for the better. New apartment upgrades, new toilets, all new windows, new playground and so much more they told me about. They also have crazy specials right now. A Great Place to Stay
October 17, 2016The apartment staff, Mr. Wills and Ms. Forte, were very accommodating, there wasn't a request I had that wasn't met beyond measure, overall great place to stay, The new management is exceptional, I have been here for 3 years and since they have arrived thing have gotten better. Great Place for privacy seekers or just simply needing a roof over your head!
September 15, 2016By the grace of God, no place is without its problems. However, when you have kind and super friendly management team on your side, that alone overcomes any problem you may face at your home. Trust me. I know good people when I see them. Mr. Wills and his team are no exception! After living here for 4-5 months so far, I wouldn't have it any other way. This place has truly been a blessing for me.
