Forever Home
May 3, 2025I've lived here for almost 4years. The Office staff is friendly and Professional. Maintenance does its very best to stay on top of their duties. I really enjoy my Studio apartment. The pictures are a lie!
March 27, 2025This place looks NOTHING like the pictures here. The apartments are old and ugly, There is no air conditioning right now ( they say the “chiller” will be turned on in two weeks) and there are no screens on my windows so I’m sweating profusely since I have a cat and can’t open the windows. They tell us that maintenance is on a “reduced “ schedule and all work orders are backlogged so who knows when that’s getting done. One of my closest doors is broken and so is one of my bathroom vanity drawers. ...I took the apartment because they had a two months free rent special but I’m regretting it. Almost forgot…some of the residents are so trashy that they don’t pick up after their dogs. It’s disgusting. If the slumlord needs to lie this much about the appearance of the grounds and the units it’s going to be bad. I wish I hadn’t signed a 12 month lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
RED FLAG
January 3, 2023I don't know how this apartment got such high reviews but that's a lie! If you enjoy TERRIBLE management, roaches all over your apartment, and crack heads/ homeless people hanging out by your window then by all means please this is the place for you. Avoid all Dasmen Residential properties they operate their properties like slums and could care less about the tenants and their well being. Lets not forget, if you sign up now your rent will increase $100 because they're installing new smart door ...knobs because that will TOTALLY stop someone from breaking into your apartment because that happens often. Better than most
May 21, 2021I am a thorough researcher. I have learned patience in my 60 plus years to take good and bad then average it out. If one is reasonable and views all situations and circumstances without emotions one might conclude quite differently from your feelings.That being said the progress Summit Ridge since I came here in 2019 has change from decent to better than average. I was first attracted by all utilities paid gas light water trash etc... one feature that was underused was the garbage pick up at our ...door that never fully implemented but has improved to being somewhat useful. A work in progress.Other internal improvements are securer mail boxes, covered parking that's also energy efficient , covered parking with Energy Efficiency and security patrol that can be called 24 hours. I prefer to call them rather than 911 since tragedies seem to follow such calls as evidenced by documented events in the past year. Finally a shout-out to Shirley B. I have interacted with her on several occasions and they all have turned out positive for me, it didn't have to be but it has. Her staff has turned over more than I would prefer but such is life. Am I right? I could say more but this is the gist. I personally recommend coming here to live under MY circumstances. I think it would be the same with most. BTW hats off to maintenance they almost always get the job done the only exception is that they tend to miss spraying for bugs when requested. Find some place else
May 18, 2021I have lived here almost a year and still waiting for maintenance to get here. My packages have been stolen, my delivered groceries have been stolen and a chair I had outside. It’s running rampant with stray cats and the homeless. I don’t feel safe leaving my apartment. My neighbors are always having the cops called on them. On my move in date there was a dead cat on the sidewalk. I could go on but you get the point.Property Manager Responded

Don’t Do It!!!
April 1, 2021There’s maintenance problems all the time that are NOT addressed. It’s a high crime area and drug central. No air conditioning or heating either. Staff in the office have changed many times and no one there addresses the issues you bring to them. Shirley is a great individual but the rest of the staff don’t care. All Good Things
November 25, 2020While living here I had a blast great location (in my opinion) the staff is friendly and helpful, ms Shirley has the cutest olde English bulldog! Tbh a few years back the property was rough but under new management and the right people in place it’s turning around for the better!
