Fancy finishes, bocce ball courts, dog spas, big gyms full of broken equipment you won't find here. Only four units per building nestled in hillsides makes a peaceful calm environment yet very convenient to everything - shopping, downtown/buckhead/decatur even a movie theater. Right on MARTA too. Washer dryer connections in the units, new appliances and updated. Great deal and value.

If you are looking for a concierge stainless finish pool gym dog spa no you don't get these extras. But rent is reasonable and you have all the necessities. All units have washer dryer connections. What I like is the buildings are small with not many people around. Management is attentive and responsive to repairs. Super quiet and close to everything.
