Caution is advised for prospective tenants considering this property. While the individual apartment units boast a reasonable level of comfort, there are significant concerns regarding the maintenance of communal spaces. The gym and surrounding areas have been consistently neglected, with a notable delay of three months to replenish hand sanitizer within the gym. Personal experiences with building access have been inconvenient, with instances of being locked out due to malfunctioning Butterfly boxes, a problem reported to the management nearly five months ago. Unfortunately, the requested repairs have not been addressed adequately.
As the time for my rental renewal approaches, I find it disheartening that despite these ongoing issues, the management has opted to impose a rent increase of almost 10%. This decision seems disproportionate in light of the unresolved concerns, casting doubt on the long-term viability of residing in this community.
