This place is trash! The elevator is ALWAYS broke, it drags you to the dark basement before you can go to your floor when it is working! Office managers are a joke, they smile in Your face and don’t do anything to help. Yes there are mice and roaches although they do have exterminators that come and “spray” (I’m not sure because it makes no difference). Pure trash! Good luck!

Do NOT even bother! The place look nice at first sight but it’s full of rodents , you’ll see big dead rat at the door at the front door of the building anytime, roaches sleeping with you in your bed, mind you. Don’t forget the NOISE! People playing extremely loud music from 12 am to 4 am any day of week ! police coming in and out all the time for whatever reason! Staff is playing cool ,responding the calls to lie to you about resolving the issues that they will not be solving at the end of the ...

Worst of all , they have a broken heating system, that will have you get your own portable heat because of course you ain’t going to stay in the cold during Connecticut winter and guess who’s ending up paying up to $700 in electricity bills ? Tenants like me ,Not them. DO NOT RENT this place . Oh almost forgot about the elevator they decided to shut down one day for absolutely no reason. They don’t have elevator anymore in none of them building . With that being said , I hope I save someone from the headache. I am leaving this hell with my kids asap.

I have been a tenant with D&B for almost 5 years. The office staff is a pleasure to deal with and is responsive to our any need. The maintenance staff is friendly competent and honest. And they do a good job maintaining the premises. I would recommend the D & B Properties to anyone in need of an apartment.

It a great location reason my public commute to work. Large windows mean a great view and lots of cleaning. Overall I'm in hope for a return call and a lease signing. Professional is the word that best fits the office staff.
