    Any issues we did have got bullied and talked down to. Which included a hole in our roof, black mold and pest problems. They need to have more respect towards people. We are paying you for a safe environment your company needs to stop being on a defensive and actively fix issues

    Sunbrook apartments is a good place to live. I feel safe and its quiet. My sons happy they have a nice pool as well so that is a plus. 24 hour laundry room makes it easy to do laundry with the hours I work. The location is great. Many restaurants and stores with in a 10 mile radius.

    I have been at Sunbrook apartments one month today and so far my experience has been pretty good. I love the Park like of the outdoors surrounding the unit and the convenience of the on-site gym has been a godsent. The only issues I have are the lack of insulation between the unit walls (my neighbors are very loud), the fact that my month rent includes cable and internet that I can not opt out of, and some of the residence treat our parking lot like a speedway. Other than that I am enjoying my ...
    little studio apartment even though there are a few cosmetic issues but nothing major that needs immediate attention.
