I wish I could give this place and the people who run it a negative star. The "Property Manager", doesn't know the law or basic math. Shortly after taking the job she sent us a rent increase notice but not according to California's law of 10% max. Instead, 15.6% and proceeded to argue with me when I called her out. I had to break it down for her like she was my 10 yr old nephew. Her father, brother, and husband are maintenance personnel but instead of fixing and maintaining the property ...
(potholes, mold, litter), they spend their days working on one or more of their 6 vehicles. These vehicles take up the already limited parking on the property that SHOULD be designated for PAYING tenants. But no, instead you're forced to park on the street where your vehicle will be hit or broken into. She even gave a new tenant our parking space while we were still under contract! Most (if not all) of the units have black mold present and no matter how much you complain, your requests for a remedy will be ignored. Her kids run wild yelling, screaming, climbing on garages, littering, and peeping into your dwelling. She allows other tenants' pets to defecate all over the premises and barks insistently for hrs on end. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. You deserve better.

IT'S PERFECT , IT IS A COZY 2 BR. WITH LUSH LANDSCAPE,BEAUTIFUL HARDWOOD FLOORS,WASHER AND DRYER IN MY UNIT. IT HAS WONDERFUL MANAGEMENT, AND MANY RESTAURANTS AND MACY'S AND MANY OTHER DEPARTMENT STORES. VON'S AND CVS FOR ALL MY NEEDS. EASY ACCESS TO THE 78 AND 5 FREEWAYS. AND MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT MY APARTMENT IS IT IS LESS THAN A MILE TO SUNNY SAN DIEGO'S BEACHES !!

This place is hidden on some of the hills in Oceanside, but close enough to the mall and huge shopping centers that you have no need to drive to get to any of them. Also a very close distance to some of the most spectacular breweries in Southern California you can catch a cheap Uber ride to and from with ease.
