Awesome living here at Sunnyside
July 29, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comFrom the excellent management staff Shannon and Cheyenne to the outstanding maintenance staff Ted and Phil I couldn’t have been happier living here at Sunnyside apartments. The pool was always wonderful and refreshing. The clubhouse is nice too. I liked using the app to open the gate and my garage. Thank you for the wonderful apartment I got to rent.

Other amenities are set up to sundown… I feel it should be at least 10 PM… The amenities aside from the gym feel like time is being stolen for how much we pay for it and how early it closes. The atmosphere is very welcoming and well-maintained, creating for comfortable environment. CHEYENNE was so attentive and quick to get all my paperwork through to move in. The management, not to play Favorites but TED, and staff were attentive and friendly, always addressing any needs promptly. The community is also very pet-friendly and offers a cool walking trail right to the beach!! The apartments are ...impeccable and modern, with a thoughtful layout and high-quality finishes. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center, wonderful Jacuzzi & Pool and beautiful communal spaces. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. Great place to live
September 29, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve lived here since April & I absolutely love it here. It’s in a great location in west PCB with little traffic compared to 79 and pier park. Peaceful and so close to 30A, the beach & grocery stores. I’ve lived in multiple apartments in PCB and this is definitely the best one. Love the gym, pool and hot tub as well.
