My kids liked the area and the pool was always clean in the summer time. There were a lot of different schools in the area for my children which I also liked.

March 10, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThis apartment has new cabinets, nice flooring and a lot of room. I enjoy the area and management is attentive to questions and concerns. I moved in three months ago and have not had any issues and have no complaints. My neighbors are awesome, I recommend this place and just like everywhere there will be issues but nothing that can't get resolved and management is good about doing so.

Save your money, find a better location
March 5, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI rarely give poor reviews but this place is really deserving. We landed here after a move from another state. I knew something was fishy when the woman doing the walkthrough kept turning on all the faucets saying "see hot water". I also had to force her to sign off on damage to the unit she said she "already pre-checked". Hmm. We do not have an updated unit and I could complain about all the cosmetic; but what is most alarming are the continued hot water problems, roaches (I've never lived ...anywhere with roaches) loud music, everyone smokes around me, some tenants inside their apartment. The neighbor below me has threatened my next door neighbors children and my children multiple times I had to file for a restraining order. Drugs are rampant and homeless in trash every morning. It's a convenient location but police have notified us that it is an unfavourable area. Lots of units have bedbugs and a neighbor told me you can get them from the complex washers as they've been seen in there. My only pro is the mature landscaping is beautiful and Janet has been helpful in responding to concerns. Though after a year here nothing has been resolved. We've had all these problems since moving in. Save your money, find a better place.Read More

First apartment I've ever lived in with a roach problem. Pest control warned about many apartments having had bed bug problems, so glad they're updating with hard flooring. Washers rarely work, be prepared to wash offsite. Very strict guidelines for outdoor decor/plants. You'll see transients in the trash every morning and sadly the area isn't the greatest. I'd give it ...overall one star if It wasn't for managment. Currently, Janet has been very helpful.Read More

February 5, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comevery unit has roaches, you can see them scurry around on the ground outside. be prepared to buy traps every 3 months to keep them at bay in your unit. management will not help you. we also went 4 months without hot water in our unit. management did not respond until we threatened them with legal action. do not get trapped into this place like we did. we ran as soon as our lease was up, before they raised the roach infested rent

From the beautiful grounds, sparkling pool, BBQ areas, and amazing laundry facilities and gym you will love it here. The apartments are gorgeous inside with a lot of storage space and large you don't feel like you're living in a box. There is so much to do with the Sunrise Mall across the street, close to shopping and restaurants.
