Must be extremely quiet, mold denied, Truman

If you think you're quiet, think again. While cars idle, honk, revv, start, slam their doors and park in front of your view, while kids and people position themselves to speak in the lots and basically cause a subtle nuisance to the point of acts of war, tracking your comings and goings, making sure you don't stay out long...you are expected to be totally quiet and not mention it as it's discounted by management as normal. It is normal, if it was not all elaborately orchestrated and well timed to ...

the point of creepiness. Moldy smell denied in unit and Truman-esque feel. Lease violations are given for every other offense and surprise, your income restricted unit lease is not renewed.
