The complex I live in is a great place to live in. I've been here a year now and hope to stay as long as I can. They have security on the premises all night. A hard working, friendly and courteous daytime grounds keeping staff. The complex itself is always super clean. It is quiet most of the time, there is a railroad right by us but the windows keep the sound from bothering you while you're here. The train passes maybe 3 or 4 times a day so chances are you won't even realize it's there. The ...
apartments are spacious and comfortable. They change your filters for the ac and have an exterminator once a month. The office manager is very friendly, she is very helpful and makes sure jobs get done in a timely manner. There are plenty of parking spaces for all renters and visitors. The apartments have carpet, spacious patio areas, central air, dishwashers and garbage disposle. The pool area is always kept clean and the pool is always maintained! The walls are also sound proof I never hear any of the neighbors unless they are out on their patios and my sliding glass door is open. There is a supermarket and some shops and restaurants about 2 blocks from the apartment and highway access is very close. 5 min drive if that to highways. I love this place and definitely am looking foward to living here for as long as I can!!
