September 26, 2015I've lived here for 10 years now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to live here. The best thing about my apartment is that the biggest space allotments are in the bedroom, bathroom, and utility room. The closest sizes are great too. The grounds are well kept and lighting around the complex is maintained for safety. But the absolute best part of living here is the office and maintenance staff. They are always kind, courteous, and professional. I've never had a conversation with any one of ...them that didn't end with them telling me not to hesitate to call if I need something else. They respond promptly to any call or email and have always responded in 24 hours or less. The maintenance staff is top notch as well. I hardly ever have an emergency (2 in the entire time I've been here). I believe it is because routine maintenance is prompt and done well and they go above and beyond to provide the best service to residents. Being new to the area is a bit daunting but they sure make you feel at home. The grounds are well maintained and inviting. The pool is crystal clean. Happy I made the choice to live here. August 10, 2015We were residents at sunset apartments for two years and absolutely loved it!! All office staff was friendly and easy to work with, we only needed maintenance on a few occasions buy they were always prompt in taking care of the matter while being very courteous and professional!!!
