I've lived here for 10 years now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to live here. The best thing about my apartment is that the biggest space allotments are in the bedroom, bathroom, and utility room. The closest sizes are great too. The grounds are well kept and lighting around the complex is maintained for safety. But the absolute best part of living here is the office and maintenance staff. them that didn't end with them telling me not to hesitate to call if I need something else. They respond promptly to any call or email and have always responded in 24 hours or less. The maintenance staff is top notch as well. I hardly ever have an emergency (2 in the entire time I've been here). I believe it is because routine maintenance is prompt and done well and they go above and beyond to provide the best service to residents. I don't want to live anywhere else!
