Their description of the park is incorrect, there's no pool or laundry facilities! The only amenity they offer is a newly made dog park but it's not maintained. Kids have trashed it already & there doesn't seem to be any accountability. Disrespectful teenagers & kids have taken over, there's no one to upkeep the grounds anymore since management changed so there's always trash everywhere, dead plants, dog poop, and weeds! They say there's a breed restriction here yet there's dangerous dogs that ...
have gotten out & will attack you & your pet as your walking by! It looks like your typical trashy mobile home park now. Yet the price of space rent & house rent have sky rocketed with nothing in return! I DO NOT recommend this place as a nice place to live.
