October 6, 2015I live in Apt. P. of the Sunshine Apartments in Riverside California. This 1 bedroom/1 bath upstairs apartment has a shady balcony overlooking the sparkling clean pool. It is walking distance to Food 4 Less,Big Saver, Wallgreens ,Riteaid, the US post office, a bank, a credit union, multiple small shops, 2 dollar stores, and multiple restaurants from fast food to Cask & cleaver. Also a 5 minute or less walk to multiple buss lines with one close stop by Winchells. The new owner is highly motivated ...to fix the whole complex up, yet keep it's best feature, the affordable rent. It has a wall heater & small wall AC unit, but full size oven/stove, & access to coin-op. laundry for $670.00/month. Small pets ok. Close carport for your ride.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
