    The interior of the apartments I've seen at Sunwood are nice. The inside halls and steps and doors are mostly clean. There is a lady that comes once or twice a week to clean.

    Our apartment at sunwood was very well taken care of other then a few minor maintenance and cleanliness issues found during walk through but regarding every other aspect of the apartment we had an amazing experience and hope to stay here a while

    A very nice place to rent. Maintenance can be slow occasionally but gets the work done fast when they arrive. Very professional staff. Slightly noisy neighbors at night otherwise a great place to live.
