Great Management!
May 26, 2025I lived at surfside and surf apartments for two years, going on three and management switched this past May. The new management is fantastic! In April, a week before exams my apartment caught on fire and the new manager was so kind, handled the situation amazingly, and did not charge me exurbanite fees (like the previous managers would've). Thanks to her kindness, I was able to study for my exams without having to worry about added financial burdens. She is also planning to replace some ...furniture, cabinets, and utilities in both properties, making the apartments significantly nicer. She also brings her dog to work!
