If you love being surrounded by smoking neighbors left and right and beneath your or above you then this is the place for you. You will get smoke and marijuana seeping through into your apartment where your air will be suffocating. Children are unsupervised and run across the complex and jump on cars, not to mention the constant littering you will face when living here, from empty beer cans to candy wrappers and food wrappers on bushes outside of the apartment, this place will have it all. ...
Neighbors will constantly make noise from domestic violence to loud parties and calling security will do nothing. Windows will be places wrongly and the carpet won't be completely clean. I have already tried three apartment complexes in this place and let me tell you each one has gotten worse and each one has major problems, such as roaches in the refrigerator (even if the house is clean), parking spot always being taken, someone got shot here, people fight constantly, doors not latching properly, not being able to live in the bedroom because of the suffocating smoke, you never will get your full deposit, and much more. I would not recommend living here, the landlord can send out notices, but nothing ever changes, it's a safety hazard living here.
