Renters Beware- Paying for location and thats it

New tenants with upgraded units should have any issues addressed immediately, but the building is OLD with patchwork upgrades here and there. The on site management is hit or miss- they are sometimes quick to respond in emergencies but for the money you're spending on your apt, look elsewhere. There was a major roof leak in the back of the building a few years ago, and IT WAS A NIGHTMARE for all involved, multiplep units?!!!! Tenants moved to hotels, etc. You are paying for the location and ...

that's it. The building is a mess -Theres been improvements over the past few years by the owners Lazer family- but they had a history of being cheap & VERY difficult. One person told us they had a property taken away from them by the city because of lack of upkeep years ago

Good walkable neighborhood. Building has made many improvements over the last few years. Responsive management (don't know what that other reviewer was smoking..) WeHo rent control! Units are big and have garage parking. Wish pool was heated 365 tho.

Great service with beautiful apartments! Really large with central heat and air and private balconies. Great management super responsive. I was concerned after reading the one bad review but have experienced only great service! Perfect location to walk to market, restaurants, dry cleaning, etc. love it.

They’ll put on a front to get u to sign a lease and then do a complete 180 once ur in. All tenants talk to each other about how bad it is. steer clear!

Very cool building, has a pool and gym and a built in sauna! But when you walk in, it's like you're in Miami, Florida. The feel and atmosphere is strange but it's a cool place!
