The apartments are ok is the office staff that have poor customer service whenever you have a concerns they always answer in a bad way and they always send the maintenance guy and he does is fix the issues for a bit and then it goes again and they dont do nothing to really fix the issues

Moved in 2 years ago when there were different owners, couldn’t even live there the first week because central AC did not work. I was given the keys to an apartment which was not fixed at all but was told everything would be on file with pictures so that when we moved out I’d have no issue with my deposit refund. LIE! I did not receive my deposit after returning the unit cleaner than when I was given the keys by the new owners! I’m getting charged for ceiling repairs for an AC leak which ...

maintenance was called for and patches on the wall that were there before I moved in! All of this “is on file” yet I’m getting charged for damages. So upsetting ! Always had issues with roaches and parking! Laundry room is disgusting. Graffiti and drug use in there day and night. Loud cars racing in and out, homeless people digging through trash leaving a mess & loud music / arguing ! Would not recommend these apartments. Office never emailed me back with updates after saying they would speak with corporate about my deposit knowing all these damages are on file!

I've lived here for years and through the years it has been up and down people have come and gone. Now they raised the rent and a lot of good people have left and new people have come in. It is not what is used to be. I can't believe they raise the rent to as much as they have and there are a lot of roaches! One of my neighbors downstairs have a rat problem! Gross. The gates are always broken so a lot of homeless people come in and rummage through the trash all hours of the day. Laundry rooms are ...

open til 9pm...teenagers always up to no good there. Don't leave your laundry basket, they will take even that even if it is old. Very noisy at night, at least where I live. This is not what it used to be.

Horrible place, maintenance care is barely there, rats, cockroaches are always an issue, parking security gate is always broken , crazy people going in and out like its a fish market, dog poops everywhere, you gotta be careful or else you are stepping into those. Plumbing issues are horrible, always either hot water pupe bursts or cold water motor is shut off. You are stuck with boiling water coming in as tap water. Complaining does not do anything, they hold off and make you wait. Rent increases ...

without any reason. Each tentant is paying different rent. random ppl comes in in the night to check the trash can area looking for stuff and dealing weed/drugs in the dark. some tenants are mentally ill walking in the parking lot shouting all night. DO Your self a great favor and dont rent here

Roaches, alot of them

This place is infested with roaches and always packed full of homeless people ready to go through your trash and steal anything that's outside. It's to a point now where car break ins and theft are normal. The apartment doesn't care about you.

The manager and office staff are nice very friendly and caring. Every time I call them they ask me about my new born daughter. The apartment however is very spacious has good lighting and a beautiful pool area with lots of sitting area but the apartment takes a long time to get hot water and with the kitchen being old the stove only has 1 good burner. But other than that I love the apartment.
