My friend and her mother lived here for 20 years. Her mom died in December and my friend became very ill while she was struggling with this illness and eventually died in April the manager served her and her adult grandson a non-renewal notice. He said he would not let the grandson continue to live here even though he had lived here most of his life because he said a credit check was never done on him. checked, by law you can't terminate a lease because a credit check wasn't done. The same manager, Jimmy, harassed my dead friend's daughter while she was trying to clean out the house (right after her mother died) by putting the trash at the curb for pickup and said he would be charging the grandson who he was throwing out to haul the stuff away and she needed to put the stuff back in the house until Thursday because trash is removed until then and it was only Tuesday. So after paying this company for 20 years this is how my friend and her family was treated. I would never ever recommend this property or their management company Calibre.
