I’ve been very happy living at the State Road property. One of the biggest things that stands out is how much work has gone into updating the apartments. The kitchen has a clean, modern look, the apartment feels bright and comfortable, and the layout gives you plenty of usable living space. I also appreciate having air conditioning and laundry available right at the property. The location on State Road is convenient for getting around Parma and getting into Cleveland. Great location. I work downtown and this is the perfect, quiet area. It is close enough to Cleveland to make my commute easy. The apartment itself is newly remodeled and looks and functions great. They are continuing to improve the common areas and grounds which is great. I have had guests over a few times and there are always comments on how nice my apartment is.

Our unit is like living in new construction. Great Floor Plan, new appliances, large kitchen with state of the art cabinets. Bathroom is spacious too. These are the best units in Parma! Management Team was very helpful and accommodating.
