Downtown living
February 8, 2024The 501 offers easy access to a vibrant selection of eateries, entertainment venues, and nightlife, right in the heart of downtown. It has a gated entry, which is neat for privacy and security. It has new amenities, and having a washer and dryer is nice too!Review from Apartments.com
Horrible management
December 15, 2022The fact that they had to change management multiple times within the one year I was living here shows. Thin walls bad appliances and management never reaches out to you about anything! They took our security deposit and now are refusing to call us back even though it says nothing in our lease about a COVID 19 cleaning fee. Beware! It is less than impressive.
January 28, 2022I straddled between one and two stars! The building isn't all that well made. Management is not good! Elevators are always down. Trash everywhere, especially by the mailboxes. I would not recommend anyone living here. Definitely not worth the rental prices. Look elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com

She answers to our concerns quickly and she always gives us a heads up on anything that has to be done with our apartment and services that are being done (filter changes, etc.). Amazing place to live!
February 6, 2021I lived in this apartment complex from February 2018-February 2021. I have had 0 issues and the office leasing agent, Itza, is extremely helpful and nice. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’m sad to be moving across the country. Fantastic place to live in El Paso, TX and great customer service to match!
November 27, 2020I have been living at the 501 apartments since October 2019 and my experience here has been nothing but fantastic! The office leasing agent, Itza, goes above and beyond to make sure that her tenants are taken care of and comfortable. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests, but I have yet to even make a call because there have been 0 issues with the unit. On top of that, beautiful apartments and views. 5/5 stars!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live.
July 31, 2020I moved here 9 months ago and really like it so far. The apartments are super nice, and I like that there is no carpeting to clean. I've never had any issues with neighbors making noise, everyone is super friendly, it's great having added security, and they're pet friendly which my cats appreciate. Itza the building manager is super helpful and really goes above and beyond for residents, so that also helps make this a great place to live. It's also been great to have a nice place to live during ...the pandemic, since I'm working from home. I'm planning on staying here for a while.Property Manager Responded
