Very relaxing place
February 21, 2024I have been with the Braxton for over three years. Alas, due to job changes I needed to move or else the wife and I would be staying here for much longer. My rent consistently stayed within the current market norm, and the maintenance team are pretty awesome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. October 13, 2022I moved to the Braxton Premier Apartments in 2018. This place will be home to me for many years to come. The property has been managed by professionals who care about your family, your safety, your pets, and the condition of your apartment home. The grounds are always maintained in a park like setting. Perfect Location, Beautiful Place
January 17, 2020The Vinings is a very nice place to live. I relocated here from Illinois, site unseen, apartment unseen besides the pictures online and the floor plan. The staff worked with me by telephone and email to get all the necessary move-in check list items finished. Upon arrival, the apartment was move-in ready and the complex a beautiful sight to see. Mistake moving in here,
April 12, 2017My first review was declined. They only want you to put goo information or information that is not important about the apartments themselves, just the complex itself. I will try again. Had I taken a GOOD LOOK at my apartment, I would have declined it immediately. The only upgrades I can find to my apartment are new wall plug covers, which to not fit, so now only one electric plus is usable. The sink is rusted, the bathroom fixtures leak rust down the shower wall. All original fixtures and ...appliances from when it was built,,I'm guessing 1982. The day I moved in the air conditioner was out, the carpet had not been vacuumed much less cleaned, the hot water heater did not work. Air condition went out again 2 weeks ago. I have requested new vertical blinds because mine will not open, and I was turned down without them even looking at them. You can find better. You can hear EVERYTHING,,and I do mean EVERYTHING.
