February 25, 2024My mom and I moved here 6 years ago and absolutely love this community! Mom is 87 yrs. old and she and I feel safe here. We are close with our neighbors and we are all so respectful of each other which we appreciate. The management and maintenance team are great and responsive. There are so many better choices out there
September 10, 2021As a tenant of this complex of the last 3.5 years this will be lengthy but I without a doubt can say LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE the only reason I have stayed renting here this long pertains to my employment and where this complex is located. I could write a novel on the amount of problems I have had with this complex but to summarize for you. I have had things stolen from my garage while it is locked, I have had my vehicle broken into, I have sprinkler hard water spots covering my 60k SUV, I have had ...fire alarm testing go off in my unit with no warning, I have had vehicles towed from guest parking with no warning and been forced to pay, I have dealt with a roach infestation both in unit and my garage, I have had my rent increased 32% YOY, I have dealt with a leaky AC Unit for 9 months before they properly fixed it only after I began to complain of the visible black mold it was creating in my ceiling. I have had the same AC break in a 105 degree heat wave and there was no way to get a hold of maintenance to fix it for 4 days as they had removed the emergency maintenance number from their voicemail. I have had people knock on my door and cover the peep hole so I do not know who is there, forcing me to buy a ring doorbell system. I have called and emailed management with these concerns and been hung up on, given excuses or never even responded to. I am writing this today as I am finally 3 months away from my new home finishing being built and from me escaping this place. This complex may charge the highest prices in Roseville but be warned their price per month does not live up to their "Luxury Apartment Living" in anyway. I genuinely do hope if you read this through you realize this is simply too much to just make up and you look elsewhere for you and your families sake.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Luxury Condominium at it's best
August 26, 2015I recently moved to the Phoenician and it truly is a Luxury Condominium. The buildings are very nice and the location is great. The walking trails are close and walking up and down the hills are fun too. The pool and gym are very well kept as well as the grounds. It's all about understanding
August 17, 2015I've lived here for over 4 years and have seen rent rise from $1700.00 a month for 3 br 2 ba, to $1985.00. I experienced a hardship and requested a one time permission to pay one month's rent over the next three months. The management was so cold and unsympathetic and unwilling to work out any arrangement with me. I was simply told to pay by the 20th or face eviction. So much for building a relationship faithfully over the course of 5 years. Now I have nowhere to go. Awesome Location
August 6, 2015Me my husband and our two kids currently live at the phoenician apartments in roseville. Honestly I dont think it gets much better. We have been here for a little over a year now and have never had a problem. We are located on the top floor but because they have elevators its never been a problem. With our unit we have our own garage and a parking spot so we have never had any problems. The location of these apartments is definitely a huge bonus also.
