A true Blessing

From applying to signing my lease Phyllis was there EVERY step of the way! She answered EVERY question I had in a timely manner and had no issues explaining things to me that I di not understand. Dan the head of maintenance is super friendly as well. Today I had the honor of meeting Bill and Derek. Everyone is just such as blessing and has your best interest at heart. A very, very special thank you to Phyllis for being so kind and understanding in a difficult situation. I'm so happy to be HOME!!!

Phyllis is wonderful at walking you through the application process. You can tell she really loves her job and helping all the residents at Timber Ridge. The apartments are very spacious and clean. And the pool is an added bonus! I would highly recommend this community.

I've never dealt with a more accommodating and professional staff.
Phyllis is kind and sincere and most helpful. The two maintenance guys I've met are total pro's.
The apartments are clean and quiet and so is the pool, laundry room.
You could literally walk to anyplace you need.
Kroger,Sheetz,Pizza,Hardware store,Mini golf,U Haul, the list goes on and on.
Highly Recommended on Phyllis alone!
The rest is just icing on the cake

I am very happy in my apartment. rental prices are very affordable. The administration staff is amazing, they are efficient, they listen to you, they help you with any problem you have. The apartment is clean, it is big, it has all the comforts. I had to wait 4 months to get an apartment but it was worth it. thanks Phyllis and Ray for everything

The apartments are cleaned and well kept, very spacious. It has very accessible designs. Incredible floor plan that lets you breathe in the space. Its amenities are always very appreciated and it has a nice peace to it. As someone who sometimes has trouble with the little things like inconsistent leveling and stairs I find my lower leveled apartment be one of the most easy to access places to live. The trash has room to be desired and more convenient but I find a lot of joy with this well cared ...
