This place is the worst. Appliances are not new they are old and used. Look like they were made in the 70s. Roaches are everywhere very DISGUSTING! Marivel is very fake and lie about everything! Walls are very thin. You will hear everything! Maintenance don’t fix nothing. Over priced !! Small bathroom no counter space in the kitchen. They do not gaf about their tenants

I have lived at Tahiti for almost a year and my love for it is the same as when I first moved in! The amenities are awesome, and the parking is amazing. The maintenance team goes beyond their duties and are willing to help you in any way, and the management team is very responsive and willing to make your experience a positive one.

Great parking, nice community, however you can tell the apartments were not remodeled just simply everything was painted over. You can see where holes in the ceiling were plugged and painted over.

This scam of a place is terrible they moved me into an apartment that's not even complete the bathroom sink was bigger than the cabinet with a big hole in the wall kitchen was even worst def was a wake up call I wouldn't suggest my worst enemy to move here

so i'm unsure if i'm supposed talk about how good i'm apt is or if i'm supposed to talk about how unpleasant my current apt is the only thing I can say is good about it is that the laundry room is right next to my apt other then I have no closet place I have to pack boxes in the corner I been here for 2 years and I still have boxes in the living room like I just moved in my little sitter stays with me because she catches the bus to go to school and she doesn't have no where to put her stuff for ...

school the kitchen looks like it was build in the 70's and my girl always complains about she has no counter place. And the bathroom isn't any better so at this time us as a family we are looking for a new place. thanks for listing and sorry for venting but I do feel a litter better ! ;-)

I've been living in Tahiti Gardens for close to 2 years and I must say I've been satisfied with everything from the up keeping of the property to the service provided by the property manager. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here! Wouldve gave a 5 star but closet space is very limited and I'm huge on closet space!
