I was a resident for 5 years. The only reason I stayed was I was getting pre-covid rent pricing and location. They do not care about you as a tenant at all. They say they open at 9 am however on multiple occasion I was still getting the call back during business hours at 9:30 sometimes even at 10 am.
Manager belittled me and was very rude and disrespectful when I was asking to change roommates as she said it was excessive. That I need to move into an apartment by myself. I cannot control other ...
people's decisions to move out for a better job opportunity elsewhere nor can I control people wanting to move into a house with their partner nor could i control people losing their jobs during covid, so they had to move back home.
They changed management and nobody knew about it. I was abroad and trying to pay rent. The system wasn't working and my roommate said they needed an in person check that month. No notices of this whatsoever I would have made arrangements to do so. I had to call them several times from aboard to deal with trying to get them to accept a late check because I was abroad. I shouldn't have had to call 5 times to get someone on the phone to answer the questions. Let's not even talk about my outrageous phone bill that month trying to deal with this and never being notified beforehand.
Don't even get me started on their pest control. I had to live with roaches for a year because they would say they asked someone to come spray, but they never showed up. I think we saw them 3 times in that one year and that didn't do anything. We kept bombing the apartment, but they kept sowing up. I even got the apartment professional cleaned several times to see if that would help and it didn't. Don't expect anyone in the office to help you with any issues you might have.
They are very short staffed in Maintenace workers. The one that always came was amazing and was about the only helpful person on the property.
They only thing going for this place is the location. It's in a great Neiborhood that is quite and close to everything.
Bottom line do not rent here. The pictures look nice but the appliances you have are not worth it.
